Vegetarianism

People ask me if I am a vegetarian. As much as I don't eat meat, i'm not really a vegetarian. I'm more of a slaughtatarian. I would love a piece of steak if I knew that the cow was loved and care for during it's entire life. I think the Native Americans had it right when it came to killing the buffalo. There was respect and a sacredness about the process. It is this left out process in which I choose to not participate.
So that leaves us with Plant based foods. Being forced to learn more about the things I am eating, I am fascinated with the amount of nutrients in our plants. The nutrients which help ward off disease and sickness.

So, the move to eat plants was really a move to increae my health and longevity.
